I am renting my room!
1st July till End of July, 350€ all inclusive (Internet too), it hast 18m², 3rd floor of building, it is very bright.
My flatmates are nice people, aged between 25 and 30. Everybody knows how to make a nice living together! We are all non smokers and take only a non smoker!
There is a 600m² garden you can use. As well there is a terrace you can use (perfect to sit in the sun while having breakfast! :) The Flat has overall 110m², and 4 people are living in this flat.
I rent my room cause i am for a month in Greece, so i will leave all my furniture for you. Bed, table, shelves, my beautiful yellow carpet. We can talk about how much space you need. Depending on that maybe there will be my books..
As well there are plants. Please water them :)

What else...? hmmm..
The flat is located in 3rd district (very nice) 5 minutes to underground (U3 Rochusgasse) meaning 10minutes to city center. From home it is 10minutes to Prater Park (biggest innercity park), a lot of infrastructure is also here.. i think everything needed... supermarket, bank, a small market where you can get exquisite food.. one of the most trendy bars of the city just 3 minutes to walk. And much more to discover!
